Enriching the spirit and identity of Westminster now and for future generations.
The Westminster Legacy Foundation (WLF) was established in 2001 to support and enhance programs and projects that benefit the Westminster community and its citizens. As a 501 (c)(3) not-for-profit organization, the Westminster Legacy foundation can receive and distribute private resources to pursue the betterment of the community. The WLF seeks funds from private sources to build a pool of permanent capital for local philanthropic purposes and distributes such funds for public needs in the areas of youth programs, senior programs, open space and parks, education and library services, public safety, cultural arts, social services, community relations, and historical legacy.
The WLF provides a means for individuals to contribute on a tax deductible basis to the betterment of our community with the confidence that the contributions are appropriately allocated. Contributors will receive the personal satisfaction of knowing that their resources are being used in a meaningful way to benefit the Westminster community. In addition, there will be many opportunities for contributors to receive community recognition for their generosity.

The J. and Nancy Heil Tribute Invitational held in August each year, honors the memory, spirit and community contributions of the late, former Westminster Mayor Nancy Heil and her husband J.
